Subject: Notification of change of the venue of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2553

Dear Sirs,
Due to the fact that there are the protesters at Rachaprasong area which might lead to the inconvenient of shareholders to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2553. As a result, we would like to inform the change of venue for Annual General Meeting as below:
Old : World Ballroom B, Centara Grand and bangkok Convention Centre at Central World 999/99 Rama 1 Road, Pathumwan, Bangkok
New : Vibhavadee Ballroom C, Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok 1695 Paholyothin Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok
However, date and time of the meeting remain the same on Monday April 26, 2010 at 14.30 hours.
